Founded in 2006, Mixbook offers an easy place to store, print, share, and create a variety of photo books. Besides photo books, Mixbook also offers calendars, cards, yearbooks, wedding invitation and more.

Unlike Chatbooks, there is no Mixbook app which means that you can only use Mixbook on website. Let’s the check the basic steps to create a photo book on Mixbook.

Step 1. Sign up a Mixbook account with Facebook or your email.

Step 2. Click “Create Now” to get started.

Step 3. Now you can choose to create a photo book, cards, invitations, yearbook or others. Here we take creating a photo book as an example.

Step 4. You can select “Custom Photo Book” and then select the theme you like from 500 themes provided.

Step 5. Now you can customize the shape, size, paper and style of your photo book.

Step 6. Upload photos from computer or your phone, then drag and drop them anywhere on your photobook.

Step 7. To get the perfect look, you can use custom layout, background and stickers to make your photobook shine.

Step 8. Click “All Pages” to rearrange your photos.

Step 9. After an order is placed, your project is generated into print files for processing and printing. You have 30 minutes from the time the order was submitted to make any last-minute changes. After 30 minutes, your order will be sent to print.

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a link to track your order.  

If your book is damaged you can get a full refund of the purchase price within seven business days from receiving the product, but only if your book arrives damaged due to unforeseen circumstances.

Mixbook Review: Print Quality

Mixbook’s book came in cardboard packaging and wrapped in cellophane—nothing special, but the packaging definitely kept it protected in transit.

Overall, the photobook impressed us more than we anticipated. The colors of the photo in the cover page is a little changed, but the images printed on the inside were true-to-color and printed nicely. Plus, the design and layout of the book were genuinely beautiful and helped bring the photos to life.

Mixbook Customer Service

Mixbook’s customer service section offers several FAQs and tutorials, plus an email option for support questions. Also, you can live chat with them to get an immediate answer. However, I didn’t find the Mixbook phone number.
