How Does Mistplay Work?

Step 1. Download Mistplay

The first step to making money through Mistplay is to download the app on your Android device. 

Note: The app isn’t available for iOS devices.

Step 2: Change Settings

Then, you’ll need to change a few settings to allow Mistplay to run as needed. These changes include:

• Disable your phone’s mode of power-saving.
• Allow Mistplay to show on top of other running applications.

Without allowing these two changes, Mistplay can’t track your game usage and you cannot earn points.

Step 3. Sign up for a New Account

You can either sign up for a new account using your email or sign in directly through your Facebook account. Then, you can access the Mistplay games list and start earning.

How to Earn Mistplay Points/Units

Option 1: Play Games

To make money with Mistplay, firstly you need to download and play games. When you find a game that you like the look of, you will earn a fixed number of points when you play it for a minimum amount of time. In the vast majority of cases, this averages 2-5 minutes. The longer you play, the more GXPs (Game Experience Points) and PXPs (Player Experience Points) you earn which will, in turn, increase the number of units you earn. Mistplay actually offers unique games depending on your region. There are 3 categories of games on Mistplay: strategy games, single player games, and casino/cards related games. 

• Units – these are seen as the currency of exchange within the app. They are what you trade for actual prizes.
• GXPs– Game experience points, indicates the amount of time you have actively been playing a particular game. Higher GXPs on a specific game increase the number of units you make in that game while you play.
• PXPs – these, on the other hand, indicate your entire experience in the game. They are the ones which mean your level in the game. Each level comes with bonus points, as well as other privileges — for example, the upgraded avatars.

Option 2: Reaching Gaming Targets

Some user will simply open the game and reach the minimum time-frame to earn the points. If you want to earn more, you can reach certain targets. • 3,000 units = $10
• 4,500 units = $15
• 6,000 units = $20
• 7,500 units = $25
• 15,000 = $50
